You'll conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, supervise RBTs, and lead parent training while coordinating with families and schools to ensure consistent care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized, meaningful treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and hands-on support to RBTs, helping them deliver high quality, compassionate care.
• Lead parent training that empowers families with the skills and confidence to support their child every day.
• Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust programming so every child keeps moving forward.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and care teams to create consistency across every part of a child’s life.
• Serve families in home throughout the Salt Lake City area and along the Wasatch Front, from North Ogden to Provo
