Nova Supports in Salt Lake City, Utah, seeks a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA therapy in a hybrid work environment. This position offers a competitive salary between $85,000 and $94,000, along with flexible hours to work from home when not visiting clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience supervising RBTs and be licensed in Utah. This role emphasizes personalized client care and professional growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

Must have a current certification from the BACB.
At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA supervising RBTs.
Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Provide intensive ABA therapy with a low caseload of 20–25 weekly billable hours.
Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Develop detailed treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
Coordinate with families for training and support.
Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting plans as necessary.
