House of Hearts ABA in Utah (South Jordan) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive team. The role offers a hybrid schedule with remote and in-person work and a pay range of $90,000–$105,000 annually.

You’ll manage a small caseload (7–10 clients), supervise RBTs in school-based and in-home settings via telehealth, and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with BACB ethics and state regulations.

Formación

• BCBA certification required.
• 1+ years of ABA experience.
• Experience with school or home-based settings is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead exclusive caseload of 7–10 clients delivering ABA services.
• Provide supervision for RBTs in person and via telehealth.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with BACB ethics.
• Collaborate with schools and families to support client progress.
• Ensure compliance with state laws and insurance policies.
