Kids Club ABA in Utah is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for remote and/or hybrid work. The role supports in-home ABA services across Utah with some in-person assessments and supervision.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, train caregivers, and track progress while collaborating with a family-centered team. The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000–$107,000 for full-time, PTO from day one, and benefits including 401(k)

Formación

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field meeting BCBA requirements.
• Active BCBA certification and Utah licensure eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years BCBA experience with autism.
• Strong ABA knowledge: assessments, treatment planning, data analysis.
• Experience supervising RBTs and providing oversight.
• Excellent communication, organization and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team.
• Passion for supporting children with autism and families.
• Willingness to travel to clients’ homes for in-person duties.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on child needs.
• Provide clinical oversight to RBTs and supervise staff.
• Train caregivers in implementing ABA strategies.
• Monitor progress and use data to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with families, RBTs and clinical team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and approvals.
• Perform in-person assessments as clinically needed.
• Help grow Kids Club ABA’s services across Utah.
