House of Hearts ABA in Utah is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive, mission-driven team. This hybrid role combines remote and in-person supervision, a 7–10 client caseload, and meaningful work shaping children’s ABA therapies.

The position offers a pay range of $90,000–$105,000 per year with flexible schedules, PTO for full-time staff, and opportunities for career growth while staying aligned with BACB ethics.

Formación

• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 1 year ABA experience.
• Experience in school or home-based settings is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Caseload management of 7–10 clients with high-quality ABA services.
• School-based supervision in person with RBTs and educators.
• In-home supervision through telehealth with families.
• Develop assessments and individualized treatment plans.
• Grow with the organization by building relationships with schools.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and applicable laws.
