Job summary

Kids Club ABA in Utah seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver in-home ABA services with remote and/or hybrid work options across Provo, Salt Lake City, Ogden, and surrounding areas.

The role offers a potential annual salary of $80,000–$107,000 for full-time positions, depending on qualifications and experience. Duties include developing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, caregiver training, and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field that meets BCBA requirements.
• Active BCBA certification; Utah LBA license or eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years BCBA experience with children with autism.
• Strong ABA knowledge: assessments, treatment planning, data analysis.
• Experience supervising RBTs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel to client homes.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and ongoing clinical evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child’s strengths and goals.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Train and support caregivers in implementing ABA strategies.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with families, RBTs, and the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and ensure compliance.
• Complete in-person assessments, supervision, and family collaboration as needed.
• Help expand Kids Club ABA’s services throughout Utah.
