Job summary

Kids Club ABA in Utah is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our remote and/or hybrid team. You’ll develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to help children reach their goals, with in-home assessments when needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and BCBA certification required.
• Active Utah LBA license or eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years BCBA experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessments, treatment planning, and data analysis.
• Experience supervising RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child’s strengths, needs, and goals.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Train and support caregivers in implementing ABA strategies.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with families, RBTs, and clinical team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and fulfill regulatory requirements.
• Complete in-person assessments and supervision as needed.
• Help expand services across Utah.
