Job summary

House of Hearts ABA in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a BCBA for a hybrid role to serve families across the Salt Lake City area. This position emphasizes individualized, ethical care and collaboration with families, schools, and care teams.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, lead parent training, and monitor progress to ensure every child advances. A supportive leadership team offers flexible planning time and in-home services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized, meaningful treatment plans
• Provide supervision and hands on support to RBTs, helping them deliver high quality, compassionate care
• Lead parent training that empowers families with the skills and confidence to support their child every day
• Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust programming so every child keeps moving forward
• Collaborate with families, schools, and care teams to create consistency across every part of a child’s life
• Serve families in home throughout the Salt Lake City area and along the Wasatch Front, from North Ogden to Provo
