The Treetop ABA in Georgia is seeking a full-time BCBA to join our clinician-led team in a hybrid role. You will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to ensure high-quality, individualized care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Georgia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) is required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality and client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
