The Treetop ABA in Georgia is seeking a full-time BCBA to join our clinician-led team in a hybrid in-center/remote role located in Hinesville.

You'll conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families while maintaining data-driven progress notes. Compensation ranges from $87,000 to $105,000 with monthly bonus opportunities and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. Hybrid schedule, in-center preferred.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Georgia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license is required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
