Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Ability to travel to client homes within service areas.
• Eligibility to work in the United States; CA driver’s license preferred for in-person work.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ABA programs for individuals with autism.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to tailor programs.
• Directly deliver individual and group learning experiences toward goals.
• Train and supervise mid-level staff and direct care staff.
• Conduct assessments and write treatment goals; analyze data.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments using VB-MAPP, ABBLS-R, Vineland-III.
• Oversee behavioral plan implementation and adaptive skills development.
• Review progress with families weekly via clinic or telehealth.
