Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA Certification.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Design ABA programs for individuals with autism and developmental delays.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to tailor ABA plans.
• Directly delivering individual and group learning experiences to help clients achieve goals.
• Train and supervise mid-level staff and direct care personnel.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and write treatment goals.
• Develop and oversee behavioral plans and progress reports.
