Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role serving children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will lead assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise staff to drive progress.

Requirements include a Master’s in ABA or related field and BCBA certification with at least two years of experience. The role emphasizes caregiver collaboration and ongoing professional development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Education, Psychology or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum two years of experience working with children or young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessment of skills and needs for each client.
• Develop and monitor individual treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide regular staff training and supervision; offer feedback for staff and client progress.
• Facilitate caregiver meetings and training to ensure open communication.
• Submit required documents for audits; maintain licensure and certifications.
