Job summary

Helping Hands Family seeks a BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism in a hybrid clinic setting. You will manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, conducting assessments and writing treatment plans while supervising and developing up to 5 RBTs.

Collaboration with Clinical Directors and Regional Directors of Quality ensures adherence to best practices and ethical documentation. Active BCBA certification and state licensure are required, with ABA experience and strong

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (BACB) is required.
• State licensure where required.
• ABA experience; RBT background is a plus for new BCBAs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manageable caseload: up to 10 clients, 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week.
• Work with children aged 2–18 (most under age 6).
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
