Job summary

The Place for Children with Autism is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services, shape individualized treatment plans, coach RBTs, and drive meaningful progress for each child.

You will manage a small caseload, conduct functional assessments, supervise staff, analyze data, and partner with families to support progress across settings. The role offers a flexible hybrid model and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA required and BCBA in good standing.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Illinois LBA credential required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience supervising RBTs and clinicians helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small caseload (6–8 clients) with a billable expectation of 28 hours.
• Conduct functional assessments and develop evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and Lead Therapists.
• Analyze data trends and adjust programming based on progress.
• Provide parent coaching and progress updates to families.
• Lead interdisciplinary team discussions and care coordination.
