Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. seeks a BCBA to lead and supervise ABA therapy teams across center- and home-based services in a hybrid work setting.

You will assess clients, design and monitor individualized treatment plans, and coordinate with caregivers and staff to drive progress for children and adolescents with autism. The role emphasizes ongoing professional development, collaboration with the clinical team, and maintaining compliance with BACB and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in management and leadership with families, staff, clients, and partners.
• Assessments of skills and deficits across domains for each client.
• Development of individual treatment and behavior plans with ongoing monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise ABA therapy teams.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans and behavior plans.
• Conduct caregiver trainings and meetings for care coordination.
• Ensure documentation and audits compliance.
• Support staff development and maintain positive culture.
