Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is seeking a BCBA for a hybrid role in Arizona. The position supports children and adolescents with Autism via center-based ABA therapy, with a flexible schedule including partial remote work.

You will supervise staff, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and schools to drive progress. The role requires a Master’s in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, and at least two years of ABA experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in ABA, Special Education, Education, Psychology or related field.
• BCBA certification and active credentialing with BACB.
• Minimum two years experience with children or young adults with Autism.
• Strong ability to interact with families, staff, clients and community partners.
• Experience leading assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Initial and ongoing assessment and evaluation of skills and needs for each client assigned to your team.
• Development and ongoing monitoring of Individual treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Regular staff training and supervision, providing feedback for staff and client progress.
• Facilitate caregiver meetings and trainings to ensure open communication.
• Submit required documents for internal and external audits.
• Identify clients and families needing additional supports and resources.
• Mentor staff and foster a positive culture and teamwork.
• Maintain licensure, certification and credentialing current, including CPR and other trainings.
