Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is urgently hiring a BCBA for a center-based ABA therapy program serving children and adolescents with autism.

The role offers hybrid work with flexible scheduling and a supportive clinical team focused on professional development and positive outcomes. You will lead initial and ongoing assessments, develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, and facilitate caregiver meetings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field
• BCBA certification and active credentialing
• Two years of experience with children or young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders
• Leadership experience and ability to coordinate with families, staff and community partners
• Familiarity with ABA methodologies and data-driven treatment

Responsibilities

• Initial and ongoing assessment and evaluation of skills and needs for each client
• Development and ongoing monitoring of individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
• Regular staff training and supervision, and providing feedback for staff and client progress
• Facilitate caregiver meetings and training to ensure open communication
• Submit required documents for internal and external audits
• Identify clients and families needing additional supports
• Mentor staff and foster positive culture within teams
• Maintain licensure and certification current as well as CPR/First Aid as required
