Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is urgently hiring for a BCBA in a hybrid role serving children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The center emphasizes high-quality therapy, individualized treatment, and progress-focused behavior plans.

Responsibilities include assessments, developing and monitoring treatment plans, staff supervision, and caregiver trainings, with ongoing professional development and paid CEUs. Competitive benefits accompany a flexible schedule and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field and BCBA certification.
• Minimum two years’ experience with children or young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
• Ability to lead teams, manage assessments, and develop treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Initial and ongoing assessment and evaluation of skills and needs for each client.
• Development and ongoing monitoring of Individual treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Regular staff training and supervision, and providing feedback for staff and client progress.
• Facilitate regular caregiver meetings and training to ensure open communication.
• Maintain licensure, certification and credentialing current as well as CPR and other trainings.
