Job summary

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and CT LBA license required.
• Experience conducting functional analyses and VB-MAPP/AFLS is preferred.
• Experience supervising BCaBA and RBTs; ability to train parents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral services in individual and group sessions.
• Oversee ABA home programs and provide parent training and support.
• Complete weekly program writing and maintain client’s program book.
• Run monthly clinic/progress meetings with families.
• Conduct behavioral and skills assessments and design treatment programs.
• Supervise BCaBA and RBTs to implement plans per BACB standards.
• Collect and graph data using Excel or behavioral software.
• Communicate client progress to NESS.
