Job summary

ABA A Step At A Time Care is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs for children with autism in New London County, CT. The role emphasizes developing personalized treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

This full-time role offers flexible schedules, a hybrid work environment, ongoing professional development, and opportunities for research involvement and impact.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Current CT LBA licensure required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience with scope and sequence of early learning curriculum.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
• Experience identifying goals for in-center, in-home, in-school, in-community programs for individuals with autism and related disorders.
• Experience providing training and supervision to RBTs and implementing ABA programs in-home, in-school, and/or in-community.
• Experience with parent training and conveying the importance of consistent ABA treatment.
• Experience with insurance-funded protocols preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve company clinical standard operating procedures.
