Job summary

Achieve Beyond in the United States is hiring a Fee For Service, Hourly BCBA to support clients across CT areas. The role requires BCBA and LBA credentials, a Master’s in Behavioral Analysis or related field, and at least one year of ABA supervision experience.

You will conduct assessments, design and implement intervention plans, supervise therapists, analyze data, and ensure programs are meaningful and progress is documented, with a focus on collaboration with families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA and LBA credentials required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA client/teacher supervision.
• Must be self-motivated and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and develop meaningful goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create functional, observable, and measurable goals for therapists and caregivers.
• Provide supervision of therapists (minimum 10%) and deliver performance feedback while maintaining program integrity.
• Review session notes regularly and ensure data-driven program changes.
• Analyze data to drive program modifications and progress toward independence.
