Job summary

OneWell Health Care seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical ABA services. You will supervise ABA therapists and RBTs, conduct FBAs, and develop BIPs while ensuring ethical, compliant care for individuals with IDD and autism in Connecticut.

You’ll train families, handle documentation, and participate in program growth and audits, with occasional direct service delivery as needed. This is a hybrid, full-time role in CT.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• 1–2 years of ABA experience preferred; supervision experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Connecticut regulations, DSS/HUSKY and BACB guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs to guide ABA services.
• Supervise ABA therapists and RBTs, provide caregiver training.
• Ensure timely documentation and compliance with regulations.
• Support program development, quality assurance, and audits.
• Onboard and train new staff; contribute to policy improvements.
• Deliver direct ABA services when needed and generate clinical reports.
