Job summary

ABA A Step At A Time Care is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinician-led team serving children in New Haven, CT. We offer a hybrid work environment, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth and research involvement.

As a BCBA, you will develop and oversee ABA plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success while upholding ethical and payer standards.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and CT LBA licensure preferred.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience with early learning curriculum and assessments.
• Experience providing training and supervision to RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust goals.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams for client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and payer standards.
• Improve clinical standard operating procedures.
