The Treetop ABA in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a full-time BCBA to join our clinician-led team. This hybrid role blends in-clinic patient care with remote planning, documentation, and supervision.

We value compassionate clinicians who collaborate, mentor staff, and deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy. You’ll manage a small caseload, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and work closely with families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Virginia LBA license required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
