The Treetop ABA in Utah is seeking a Hybrid In-Center BCBA for our West Jordan clinic, with three days in-center and two remote days each week.

As an In-Center Hybrid BCBA, you will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, and use data to drive meaningful outcomes.

Competenze

• BCBA certification required and Utah LBA certification required.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.

Mansioni

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality ABA in-center with supplemental remote work.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs, ABATs, BCATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with families, center teams, and multidisciplinary partners.
• Collect and analyze data to drive meaningful outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical development.
