Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Utah is seeking a Hybrid In-Center BCBA for our West Jordan clinic, with three days in-center and two remote days each week.

As an In-Center Hybrid BCBA, you will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, and use data to drive meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and Utah LBA certification required.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.

Role Overview

As an In-Center Hybrid BCBA serving the West Jordan clinic, you will:

• Supervise and mentor RBTs, ABATs, BCATs, and Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with families, center teams, and multidisciplinary partners
• Collect and analyze data to drive meaningful outcomes
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical development

Schedule Structure:
3 days in-center (West Jordan clinic)
2 days remote (Telehealth, planning, supervision, documentation, family support)

Compensation & Benefits
