Kids Club ABA in Utah is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. Remote and/or hybrid work options are available for Utah-based BCBAs, with some in-person assessments and collaboration with families.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, train caregivers, and monitor progress to drive data-based decisions while supporting kids with autism and their families.

Formación

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field and BCBA certification.
• Active BCBA certification required and Utah licensure eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years of BCBA experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessments, and data analysis.
• Experience supervising RBTs and training caregivers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel to clients’ homes.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child’s strengths and needs.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Train caregivers in implementing ABA strategies.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with families, RBTs, and clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Complete in-person assessments and family collaboration as needed.
