Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a BCBA for a hybrid center-based ABA therapy program serving children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will lead assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, and train staff and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum of two years of experience with autism.
• Experience in applying ABA methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Initial and ongoing assessment and evaluation of skills and needs for each client.
• Development and ongoing monitoring of Individual treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Regular staff training and supervision, and providing feedback for staff development and client progress.
• Facilitate caregiver meetings and training to ensure open communication.
• Submission of required documents for audits.
• Identify clients/families needing additional supports and programs.
