Job summary
Centria Autism is seeking a Hybrid BCBA in Phoenix to blend at-home work with in-clinic collaboration with clients, families, and clinical teams.
You will lead ABA therapy, guide technicians, develop assent-based plans, and engage parents during on-site trainings, supported by our CareConnect platform and clinical leadership.
Compensation includes a base salary up to $105,000, a signing bonus, and monthly/weekly bonuses, with full benefits and a focus on work-life balance.
Qualifications
- Lead ABA therapy delivery in a collaborative in-center setting.
- Provide daily support to Behavior Technicians to maintain clinical excellence.
- Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
- Engage parents during on-site training sessions to drive progress.
