Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is urgently hiring a BCBA for a hybrid role serving children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder. In this center-based program, you will assess needs, develop and monitor treatment plans, mentor staff, and coordinate with families to support progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required or preferred.
• BCBA Certification required or eligible.
• Experience coordinating care with families, staff and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Initial and ongoing assessment and evaluation of skills and needs for each client.
• Development and monitoring of Individual treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Regular staff training and supervision with feedback for progress.
• Facilitate caregiver meetings and training to ensure open communication.
• Submit required documents for audits and compliance.
• Identify clients needing additional supports and coordinate services.
• Mentor staff and promote a positive, collaborative culture.
• Engage in professional development and maintain licensure/certification.
