Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is urgently hiring a BCBA for a hybrid role serving children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

You will conduct assessments, develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, and supervise staff within a center-based ABA program. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Credentialed as BCBA by the BACB.
• Two years of experience with autism preferred.
• Experience coordinating care with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' skills and needs to inform treatment plans.
• Develop and monitor Individual treatment plans and behavior plans.
• Provide staff training and supervision to support client progress.
• Lead caregiver meetings and training to ensure communication.
• Prepare documents for audits and compliance.
• Identify families needing additional supports.
• Mentor staff and promote positive culture.
