Job summary

ACES ABA is seeking a BCBA in Phoenix, AZ to design and supervise individualized ABA programs for children with autism. You will collaborate closely with families and clinicians and mentor Behavior Technicians to deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and active.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in Arizona or pursuing licensure.
• Experience designing and implementing client ABA programs.
• Ability to mentor staff and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Craft tailored ABA programs for each child.
• Collaborate with families and fellow clinicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians delivering direct services.
• Utilize data-driven progress tracking to evaluate client progress reports.
• Engage with a cross-functional team to fulfill ACES’ mission.
