Job summary

ACES ABA, a leading ABA provider, seeks a BCBA to design, supervise, and optimize ABA programs for children with autism. You will mentor Technicians, collaborate with families, and ensure data-driven progress reporting across multiple centers in Arizona.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in AZ or pursuing licensure.
• Experience building and implementing client ABA programs.
• Ability to train and supervise entry-level staff.
• Criminal background check, TB test and immunizations compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and tailor ABA programs for each child.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure care quality.
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians delivering services.
• Use data collection tools to track progress and update reports.
• Engage with the cross-functional team to fulfill ACES' mission.
