Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is urgently hiring for a BCBA in a center-based, hybrid setting that supports flexible schedules and partial work-from-home opportunities.

You will lead assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise staff, and engage families to drive progress for children with autism spectrum disorders. The role emphasizes ongoing professional development, collaboration with a clinical team, and dedication to high-quality ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience collaborating with families, staff and partners.
• Assessments of skills and deficits across domains.
• Development of individual treatment and behavior plans with ongoing analysis.

Responsibilities

• Initial and ongoing assessment and evaluation of skills and needs for each client.
• Development and ongoing monitoring of Individual treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Regular staff training and supervision, and providing feedback for staff and client progress.
• Facilitate caregiver meetings and training to ensure open communication.
• Submission of required documents for audits.
• Identify clients needing additional supports (high risk, social skills groups, etc.).
• Mentor staff, promote retention and a positive culture.
• Participate in professional development with the clinical team.
• Maintain licensure, certification and credentialing current (CPR, PCM etc.).
