Centria Autism in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a Hybrid role delivering ABA therapy across clinic and home visits. Work with clients, families, and clinical teams in a purpose-built setting.

We offer a base salary up to $105,000, signing bonus, and a bonus structure averaging $1,000+ per month, with CEU stipends and full benefits; enjoy a supportive leadership team and a focus on clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and eligibility to supervise ABA services.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy with children and families.
• Ability to lead and mentor Behavior Technicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment.
• Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence.
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
• Engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making.
