Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Maryland is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services to children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Full-time or part-time roles offer flexibility and clinical autonomy with strong team support.

Qualifications

• As an ideal BCBA candidate, you hold a master’s degree in related fields and a BCBA license or are close to licensure.
• You have demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children on the autism spectrum.
• You can administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
• You possess strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise interventions that improve behaviors for children with autism.
• Support families by communicating assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Monitor progress and advocate for clients' needs.
• Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff.
• Engage in data collection and charting using provided tools.

Education

Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology
