Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a clinical expert, full-time or part-time. We offer flexible schedules and a strong support system to help you focus on delivering quality ABA services.

You will develop and supervise interventions for children with autism, support families, and mentor technicians within a multi-tiered clinical team. Competitive pay, retention bonus, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license or is waiting for exam within 3 months.
• Experience applying ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professional discretion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Support families by communicating assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Monitor for issues and advocate for clients' needs.
• Mentor and orient a growing team of behavioral technicians.
• Physically assist with sessions, including active movement with children.
