Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license or eligibility to sit for the exam within 3 months.
• Experience applying ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professional judgment; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Track progress and celebrate client achievements as skills grow.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients and communicate concerns when needed.
• Mentor and orient new team members and supervise technicians.
• Physically assist during sessions, including moving with children across activities.
