Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is expanding its team in Maryland. We seek a BCBA to develop and supervise ABA interventions for children on the autism spectrum, from birth to 21 years, with focus on meaningful progress and family collaboration.

The role offers full-time or part-time schedules, on-site at our Maryland locations, with a strong emphasis on hands-on clinical work and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license or eligible to sit for the exam within 3 months.
• Demonstrated ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise implementation of targeted ABA interventions.
• Monitor client progress and celebrate child behavior improvements.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment options.
• Advocate for clients by identifying and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision and training of staff.
• Maintain pace with active sessions and ensure safety during activities.
