Proud Moments ABA in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a full-time or part-time clinical expert. You will develop and supervise interventions for children with autism, and collaborate with families to support treatment planning and progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license (or in the next 3 months) — students welcome.
• Demonstrated ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Strong clinical judgment and confidentiality commitment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor progress and share in clients’ achievement of new skills.
• Support families with assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients and communicate concerns as needed.
• Supervise and mentor a growing team of behavioral technicians.
• Assist with physical demands of sessions and maintain safety.
