Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as full-time or part-time clinical experts in Maryland. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children on the autism spectrum, partnering with families to share results and treatment recommendations, while maintaining high clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license (depending on state) or sitting for exam in next 3 months.
• Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children with ASD or related disorders.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions that change the lives of children with autism.
• Share in the achievements of clients as they develop positive behaviors and new skills.
• Provide support during family conversations to ensure parents understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring for potential issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, support, training, and orientation of the growing team of behavioral technicians.
• Physically keep up with clients as they move about the session area (standing, lifting 25+ pounds, running, etc.).
