Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as full-time or part-time clinical experts. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism, while our clinical support team handles administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (or eligibility within 3 months).
• Experience implementing ABA with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions that improve behaviors in children with autism.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Monitor client needs and communicate concerns to advocate for clients.
• Provide supervision, training, and orientation to behavioral technicians.
• Assist with data collection and charting using advanced tools.
