Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a full-time or part-time clinical expert in Maryland. You will develop and supervise interventions for children with autism, and work with families to explain assessment results and treatment recommendations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology or related field.
• BCBA license or eligibility within 3 months; students welcome.
• Proven ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor progress and share achievements with clients and families.
• Provide support during family discussions to explain assessments and treatment.
• Advocate for clients by noting concerns and communicating them.
• Supervise, train, and orient behavioral technicians.
