Proud Moments ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join as full-time or part-time clinical experts in Maryland. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism, collaborate with a multi-tiered clinical team, and support families with clear assessments and recommendations.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA license or candidate status with exam within 3 months.
• Experience applying ABA with children on the autism spectrum.

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate assessment results and recommendations with families.
• Support a team of behavioral technicians and supervise staff.
