Proud Moments ABA is seeking BCBA clinicians for full-time or part-time roles in Maryland. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism, and collaborate with families to implement recommendations.

Our team emphasizes professional growth, robust data tools, and a supportive local-and-regional clinical network. We offer a competitive compensation package with a quarterly bonus, plus a $10,000 retention bonus for new full-time BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license or sitting for the exam within 3 months.
• Experience applying ABA with children with autism.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Support families and explain assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients and monitor for issues.
• Supervise and train behavioral technicians.
• Assist movement through sessions with children aged 2–15.
