Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a BCBA to join our team as a full-time or part-time clinical expert. You will develop and supervise targeted ABA interventions for children on the autism spectrum, collaborating with families and a multi-tiered clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification or candidate for exam within 3 months.
• Experience applying ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Support clients as they develop positive behaviors and new skills.
• Explain assessment results and treatment recommendations to families.
• Monitor for issues and advocate for clients.
• Supervise and train the behavioral technicians and staff.
• Physically participate with sessions involving children aged 2–15 years.
