Proud Moments ABA is seeking BCBA clinicians in Maryland to join as full-time or part-time clinical experts. You will develop and supervise individualized ABA interventions for children with autism, support families, and collaborate with a multi-tiered clinical team to ensure top-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (depending on state) or sitting for your exam in the next 3 months—students welcome.
• Demonstrated skills implementing applied behavioral analysis (ABA) with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related disorders.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Share in clients' achievements as they develop new skills and positive behaviors.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations clearly.
