Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Maryland is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA services for children from birth to 21. You will lead clinical interventions, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to translate assessment results into effective treatment.

The role offers full- or part-time schedules, a strong bonus program, a retention bonus up to $10,000, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (or sitting for exam within 3 months; students welcome).
• Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment; confidentiality is essential.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational and project-management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted ABA interventions that change lives.
• Share in clients' achievements as they develop new skills.
• Provide support during family conversations to explain assessment results and recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring concerns and communicating with the team.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training, and orientation of technicians.
• Physically engage with clients during sessions as needed.
