Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Maryland seeks Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join as full-time or part-time clinical experts dedicated to delivering high-quality ABA services for children with autism. You will develop and supervise targeted interventions and work with a supportive clinical team to ensure excellent outcomes.

We offer competitive compensation with a retention bonus up to $20,000, flexible schedules, extensive CEUs, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (state dependent) or sitting for your exam within 3 months.
• Experience implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions that change lives of children with autism.
• Support clients as they develop positive behaviors and new skills.
• Guide families to understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Monitor for potential issues and communicate concerns.
• Supervise, train, and orient our growing team of behavioral technicians.
• Assist physically with sessions involving children aged 2–15 years.
